Deal Risk Scoring — Canonical Workflow

Deal Risk Scoring: provisional AI workflow implementation reference with candidate models, providers, tools, and architecture.

Overview

Deal risk scoring monitors every open deal and produces a daily risk score with a structured explanation of the two or three signals driving the rating. The model ingests CRM engagement history, email and meeting cadence, multi-threading depth and task completion rates to detect patterns associated with deal slippage in historical data. Each deal gets a risk band and a cited rationale — for example, citing the absence of an economic buyer or a 14-day gap in email engagement — so reps and managers can act on specific, verifiable issues rather than an opaque score.
